Quick Summary (Read This First):

6-month minimum commitment — no early cancellations.

No refunds — all sales are final.

No chargebacks — attempting one = breach of contract.

30 days’ notice required to cancel after the initial 6 months.

Preferred rate is locked in if you stay; if you leave and return, you’ll pay the current program rate.

Failed payments must be resolved within 5 business days or may be sent to collections.

Respect is non-negotiable — harassment or “talking shit” = immediate removal with no refund.

Full Terms & Conditions
1. Program Commitment

By enrolling in Ready for More, you acknowledge and agree:

This program requires a 6-month minimum commitment.

You are responsible for completing all payments for the full term, regardless of participation, withdrawal, or personal circumstances.

2. Payment Terms

Tuition is $333/month for 6 months, totaling $1,998.

Payments will be automatically processed each month using the payment method provided at checkout.

You agree to maintain valid billing information for the duration of the program.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Early cancellation is not permitted. By enrolling, you agree to fulfill the full 6-month payment obligation.

No chargebacks: You waive the right to dispute charges with your financial institution. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal collection action.

4. Continuity Beyond 6 Months

After the initial 6-month commitment, your enrollment will continue on a month-to-month basis at your existing rate of $333/month.

To discontinue after the initial 6 months, you must provide 30 days written notice prior to your next billing date.

Should you discontinue and later rejoin the program, you are welcome back, but your previous preferred rate will be forfeited. Re-enrollment will be at the current program rate in effect at that time.

5. Failed Payments & Collections

If a payment fails, you will be notified and must update your payment method within 5 business days.

If payment is not received within this window, access to the program may be suspended until payment is resolved.

You remain financially responsible for all outstanding balances.

Unresolved accounts may be turned over to a collections agency and/or pursued through legal action.

6. Conduct & Participation

You agree to participate respectfully in the program and its community spaces.

Harassment, disparagement, or other disruptive conduct (“talking shit”) toward the program, its members, or leadership will result in removal without refund.

You are responsible for your own progress; non-participation does not release you from payment obligations.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all materials and discussions shared within the program.

Sharing or distributing program content without permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Results

Ready for More provides mentorship, strategy, and accountability.

While many participants experience increased revenue and stability, results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your individual effort, implementation, and external market factors.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

By enrolling, you agree that any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Cass County, Minnesota
